i am damn irritated.....2 things...

1st thing....that day i have a 15min 2.4 km timing is due to walking of 3 rounds.....coz i chest pain.....i walk to finish it i din give up....so say i tok big.....i said i can get silver mean i can get it...i will get it...i dun give empty promises....i am so disappointed with my supervisor...the timing is obvious a walking timing he still din realise....wtf

2nd thing...of all the ppl.....y send me to PDP? police day parade...2 seniors stay at west can ask them mah....i stay in east leh...i noe they r seniors...ording soon...but they stay nearer mah.....hai....
2 times per week at choa chu kang HTA....so far...so inaccessible....go home from there is really damn sia lat.... training ends at 7-8pm sometimes 10pm....reach home 1plus hr later.....so late liao....hai......although i can claim hrs...but it really tires me.....
