i am damn irritated.....2 things...

1st thing....that day i have a 15min 2.4 km timing is due to walking of 3 rounds.....coz i chest pain.....i walk to finish it i din give up....so say i tok big.....i said i can get silver mean i can get it...i will get it...i dun give empty promises....i am so disappointed with my supervisor...the timing is obvious a walking timing he still din realise....wtf

2nd thing...of all the ppl.....y send me to PDP? police day parade...2 seniors stay at west can ask them mah....i stay in east leh...i noe they r seniors...ording soon...but they stay nearer mah.....hai....
2 times per week at choa chu kang HTA....so far...so inaccessible....go home from there is really damn sia lat.... training ends at 7-8pm sometimes 10pm....reach home 1plus hr later.....so late liao....hai......although i can claim hrs...but it really tires me.....

hmmmm i failed my trial test on thurs....not getting used to running outdoor...sweat like mad...tired....

failed my 2.4....1st round is ok...just tired... 2nd round short of breath liao...3rd round chest pain i noe i cant continue...acute chest pain just dun wanna play with it...i gave up....spend the last 3 rounds walking slowly...short of breath...i never had before leh...well timing is 15.55 lolx... slowest i ever got...

need to train up liao.... hai....
hmmm.....nothing much these few days....the system in my office is down...creating lots of chaos and lots of extra work for us...nvm...keeping my hands busy... :P

for the past 2 calli competitions i din win anything....time to reflect on myself..i seriously lack of practice..thats y i din win...i am just not gd enough..shall practice more... happy that i get to noe more calli frens in vj and tj...like yi tian she is a chinese scholar...very amazed by her time management skills...4 sub 2 s papers, 2 cca...somemore getting gd results in the common test...aint it amazing? hmmmm

went out with simin last sat...had dinner and movie v for vendetta..its a gd movie...comic+political...very special...a new kind of movie that i never watched before.. her bdae was on 13th so i gave her a treat :)

now i am sitting in the office.....4pm i leaving office for toa payoh stadium for ippt trial test...i am eager to noe how fit i am now...can i still get my silver?? or due to the increase of fats/flesh i cant run anymore?? or i lost the stamina? hmm i shall get my ans this evening... :)

hmmm..... monday....the sewerage pipe in my office burst.....yeah....sewerage....full of shit....the office stinks like the sewerage plant....wah...fantastic..suffered 2 hrs of super concentrated shit smell...and still have to work...cham...........i din take pics of it...even i took i would not like to look at it.....u noe y

this morning i on am leave....went brighthill to pay respect to my late grandfather...today is his 49th day....so as usual rites and stuff....gonna go back office soon...

today i went for the yew tee cc competition early morning....saw quite a lot of frens....anyway i wrote ok..and there is a lot of competitors...

yes i din win anything this time round...well....its been 3 yrs i din win anything in a competition...hai...i still not gd enuff....barely practice....thats y...lazy me!!!

hai...shall prepare myself for coming clementi cc one....to get back some prize money and a trophy...
